Project Description
We had the pleasure of collaborating with Benas Lazdauskas, the owner of MB Parabis, on developing a comprehensive brand identity for their eBay used clothing store. The project encompassed a wide array of creative tasks aimed at establishing a strong and appealing online presence to attract and retain customers.
Scope of Work:
- Logo Design: Crafted a visually appealing and memorable logo that reflects the essence of MB Parabis, a store that specializes in selling high-quality used clothing. After presenting multiple options and incorporating feedback, we finalized a design that perfectly symbolizes the brand’s commitment to sustainability and style.
- Brand Story: Developed a compelling short story that narrates the journey and ethos of MB Parabis. The narrative was tailored to resonate with the target audience, emphasizing the brand’s dedication to eco-friendliness, fashion, and the unique value proposition of their product offerings.
- Promotional Video: Produced a short, engaging video that showcases the variety and quality of the clothing available at MB Parabis. The video was designed to capture the attention of potential customers, highlighting the brand’s unique selling points and its commitment to sustainability. Due to unforeseen technical issues, the delivery of the video was slightly delayed but completed within an extended deadline, ensuring the client’s satisfaction.
- Thumbnail Designs: Created 4-6 thumbnails for use across the eBay store. These thumbnails were designed to be eye-catching and consistent with the brand’s visual identity, encouraging clicks and further exploration of the store’s listings.
- Additional Graphics: Supplied high-resolution images for category banners, promotional ads, and a customizable parcel card design. These elements were carefully crafted to align with the store’s branding and enhance the overall shopping experience on eBay.
Challenges and Solutions:
The project faced challenges, including delays in video production due to technical difficulties with software. However, clear communication and problem-solving strategies were employed, such as extending the project timeline and ensuring all other deliverables met the client’s expectations in the meantime.
Outcome:
The completed brand identity package has significantly bolstered the online presence of MB Parabis on eBay, offering a cohesive and attractive look that stands out in the competitive used clothing market. The client reported satisfaction with the final deliverables and the increased customer engagement resulting from the updated branding.
Client Feedback:
Benas Lazdauskas expressed appreciation for the dedication and flexibility shown throughout the project. Despite the challenges, the client was pleased with the quality of work and the effective communication, leading to a successful project completion and a strong foundation for their eBay store’s branding.
This project exemplified my ability to navigate challenges, adapt to client needs, and deliver a comprehensive brand identity package that enhances online retail presence and customer engagement.
